1 hour very gentle hatha yoga. Perfect for people who are completely new to yoga, recovering from physical ailments or feeling effects of too much time sat in front of the computer.

Moving dynamically with the breath to improve flexibility, muscle tone and reduce stress. Hatha practise is intermediate level but beginners are welcome.

Chair Yoga: 10:30-11:30

Chair Yoga practise is perfect for anyone recovering from any injury or for anyone who finds getting up and down off the floor problematic. Lots of focus on improving balance to prevent falls. Beginner friendly.

Typically Yin postures are held for between 2 to 5 minutes. As we approach yoga poses with the intention of lingering longer, observing, monitoring and accepting.
