  • Improve your core stability and so reduce the chance of stumbling and falls.
  • Safe stretches and twists that will build strength and improve your posture.
  • Exercises to loosen tight joints that are restricting full range of movement in the arms, shoulder, legs, wrists and ankles.
  • Learn some gentle relaxing techniques that may assist with sleep.

I have only praise for Liz, as a yoga instructor. I am a novice at yoga and no spring chicken at that but Liz has made me feel that age is no barrier to enjoying the benefits that yoga can bring. Her patience and good teaching has helped me to achieve what I thought was impossible. It is a surprise and revelation to be able to move parts of my body that have laid “dormant” for years – SO MANY THANKS LIZ.
