A session of yoga before work to help boost energy, overall feelgood levels and set you up – with a spring in your step – for all the day ahead has in store for you. This energising session loosely follows an ashtanga yoga format.
Take this opportunity to arrive at work better able to face for the mental and physical stresses that come from office life. Rev up your brain with extra oxygen. Release muscles that are becoming tighter and stiff from hours hunched in front a screen. At the end of the session you should leave feeling noticeably more relaxed then on arrival.

How much does it cost? It is possible to purchase a discounted block of 6 classes for £60 by BAC payment in advance of attending. email firstname.lastname@example.org for payment details. A block of classes can used over 3 month period – from date of purchase – so you are not locked into attending every week. Drop in classes cost £12
