Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs (YHLB)

If you have been suffering from chronic lower back pain then this will be of interest. YHLB will provide the skills and tools to self-manage and prevent future back pain. 

Classes will be starting up in various locations in SE1 from April 2020. 

Participants will attend a 75 min class once a week and have a daily half hour structured programme to follow at home. The course lasts for 12 weeks in total.
