If you would like to pause for breath in your busy life. Ability to bend into pretzel shapes and touch your toes are not a requirement. All classes are suitable for any age and ability. By mindfully bending, twisting and flexing we increase our range of movement, our body awareness and overall sense of wellbeing. By carefully moving the body through its full range of movement, without forcing it in any way, we are able to make invaluable improvements to our overall health and wellbeing.

  • KIDS STORY TIME YOGA CLASS. Story time yoga has been designed especially for 6 to 11 year olds. This session  teaches yoga to children through story telling; some stories are set and some are made up by the children themselves. Becoming various animals such as lions, cats, fish, frogs and dogs, we use fun and imagination to develop a sense of body awareness, improve coordination, core strength, balance and gross motor skills. The class finishes with relaxation and yet another story!  This time a therapeutic one. KIDS STORY TIME YOGA
